Entire agreement, The terms and conditions, together with our privacy and cookies policy, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website and shall supersede all previous agreements between you and us in relation to your use of our website.

Shipping Policy - Once the orders are placed, the outfits are specially altered or stitched as per your measurement. Most of the outfits require manual handwork which takes time. Expect to receive the outfit within a period of about one month. Depending on the outfit purchased, you are informed about the tentative time within which you can have the outfit delivered at your doorstep.

Shipping within India is free. Shipping is not included for orders to be delivered outside India. Any duty which may be imposed on the outfits in a particular country is to be borne directly by the customer.

Cancellation Policy - Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once we process / dispatch your order, it's not possible to cancel the same.

Return Policy -

Since the outfits are either altered or made as per the exact specific measurements of the customer, it's not possible to return the same. In the unlikely case that you need to have the outfits altered, you may send it back to us and we will do the needful at no additional charges. You may please contact us to workout the best possible solution.

Refund Policy -

Unless the order is cancelled within 12 hours, the payment is non refundable. in the unlikely case, that you are not happy with the outfit, we will ensure and make the best efforts possible to rectify the issue. In case you need any clarifications regarding the outfits, kindly contact us.
